Our Services

UrlDev provides custom software development, business systems, automation and AI solutions, and WordPress plugin, theme, WooCommerce and maintenance services. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline and price of each project are set out in a written proposal or agreement.

Quotes, Payments & Milestones

• Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.
• Larger projects are billed in milestones; work on a milestone begins after the related payment is received.
• Maintenance plans are billed monthly in advance and can be cancelled with notice before the next billing period.
• Work outside the agreed scope is quoted separately.

Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, timely feedback, content and any access (such as hosting or admin credentials) needed to complete the work. Delays in providing these may affect timelines.

Intellectual Property

Once a project is paid in full, you own the custom code and deliverables created specifically for you. Third-party software, open-source components, plugins and our pre-existing tools remain subject to their own licences.

Warranty & Support

We fix bugs in our delivered work that are reported within the free support period stated in your proposal. This does not cover issues caused by third-party updates, changes made by others, hosting problems or new feature requests.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, UrlDev is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service giving rise to the claim.

Content on this website is provided for general information. You may not misuse the website, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

Confidentiality

We keep your business information confidential and are happy to sign a non-disclosure agreement on request.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page applies from the date it was last updated. Signed project agreements take priority over these general terms.
